About our products

Got Meme Merch is an independent merchandise store selling fan-made novelty apparel and accessories. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any token, project, exchange, or public figure. Designs are offered as parody and commentary. Any names or marks referenced belong to their respective owners.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. During a pre-order, your order is reserved and nothing is charged until card checkout opens and you complete a secure payment link. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices and tax

All prices are in US dollars. US orders include applicable sales tax, calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout; see our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The artwork, logos, and content on this store are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied or resold without our consent. You agree to use the store and its content lawfully.

Products “as described”

We work to show our products accurately, but colors and finishes can vary slightly between screens and production runs. Apart from your rights under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law, products are provided as described without further warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
